1. How will the medicine be sent to me?

The medicine will either be couriered or sent through postal system depending on the option that might be best for your country. In some countries, postal option works better than courier companies like Fed Ex or Blue Dart

2. How long does it take for the medicine to reach me?

It takes anywhere between 10-12 working days. It really depends on how fast the customs department of your country clears the shipment. We have realized that the material reaches within 7-8 days from India to any other country in the world. The delay usually starts in the customs department of the recipient country.

3. How to work with the customs department for early clearance of the shipment?

Different countries have different practices, if your shipment is not cleared within a week, we will guide you on how to work with the customs department in your country. Some countries do have specific procedures to be followed to clear the shipments. In 95% of the cases, the customer does not have to do anything and the customs clears the shipment and it gets home delivered without the customer having to do anything at all.

4. Do we get a refund or a replacement if the material is seized by the customs department?

PharmCarts will not be responsible if the shipment is seized by the customs department of your country. If the medicine is seized by the customs department, PharmCarts will not issue a refund or replace the medicine.
