Pharmcarts is keen to ensure smooth and timely deliveries to our customers.
We send parcels with renowned courier company / postal department to ensure delivery within reasonable time. All our shipments can be tracked. However there maybe delays due to various factors like holidays, natural calamity, pandemic or interrupted courier / postal services. Below are some points to be noted:
- We charge a flat rate of USD 25 per shipment.
- We dispatch the packages within 36-48 hrs after order confirmation. Most packages reach within 12-14 business days (estimated). However, in rare cases there might be delays due to specific procedures of your country’s customs department. We have realized most of the shipment delays are due to the time taken by the customs department to clear them.
- In case of any change of address after placing the order, you need to intimate us within 24 hrs. Once the shipment is dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
- We will not be responsible if the parcel is not delivered due to non-availability of customer at the address.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays due to situation out of our control
- Getting the shipment cleared from the customs is the responsibility of the customer.
- PharmCarts will not be responsible if the shipment is seized by the customs department of your country.
